How do I get started with Learners Allowed Driving School?+
Get in touch by phone, email, or WhatsApp and share your current level, availability, and goals. We will then recommend the right lesson plan and book your first session.
What types of driving lessons do you offer?+
We offer beginner lessons, refresher sessions, confidence-focused coaching, motorway practice, and intensive plans, all tailored to your progress and schedule.
Do you provide both Manual and Automatic Driving Lessons?+
We are an automatic-only driving school. All lessons are delivered in an automatic car so you can focus on road awareness, safe decision-making, and confidence building.
Can I book an intensive course?+
Yes. Intensive blocks are available for learners who want a focused schedule over a shorter period.
Where do lessons start from?+
Pick-up can be arranged across Manchester, with common coverage around the city centre, Salford, Rusholme, and nearby areas.
Do you help with theory and test prep?+
Yes. Learners receive practical guidance, mock-test feedback, and advice on theory preparation alongside driving sessions.
What is the duration of each driving lesson?+
Most lessons are 90 minutes, which gives enough time to practise properly without feeling rushed. We can also discuss different lesson lengths where needed.
Can I use my own vehicle for driving lessons?+
Lessons are normally delivered in our instructor car so you have dual-control support. If you want to discuss using your own vehicle for specific practice, contact us first.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For short-notice cancellations, a charge may apply depending on timing and slot availability.
Do you assist with the driver's licence test?+
Yes. We support you with mock tests, targeted feedback, and structured preparation leading up to your practical driving test.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
We accept common payment methods including bank transfer and cash. If you need a specific method, message us and we will confirm availability.
Can I take driving lessons if I already have a driver's licence from another country?+
Yes. We regularly help international licence holders adapt to UK roads, local rules, and test expectations.
Do you offer lessons in multiple languages?+
